Reservation conditions

Check in from 2.00 p.m.
Check out before 12.00 p.m.

Cancellation

If cancelled up to 3 days before the date of arrival, no fee will charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
To cancel a reservation made online, you must follow the instructions in the confirmation email you received when booking the reservation.
For all other reservations will be sufficient to contact us by phone or email.

Children and extra beds

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge of cot.
All children over 3 years and adult will be charged 100 EURO for night.
An extra bed or babies cot are available on request but must be confirmed.
All supplements will be charged separately.

Credit cards

Accepted credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Carta Si, and Cash card.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
(requiring the authorization to the credit card).
